1962-D FRANKLIN NGC MS66
This is an extremely tough coin to locate in MS 66 condition with NGC only certifying 32 examples to date. Denver mint Franklins are very baggy issues which keep them out of high-grade territory. NGC has yet to certify a 1962-D mint state Franklin in MS 67 condition. This is a very tough issue in MS 66! RARE!
This example offers extremely clean fields and one of the cleanest cheeks I've encountered on a 1962-D mint state Franklin. The surfaces are essentially brilliant on both obverse and reverse framed by stunning iridescent shades of powder blue, lavender, golden-orange and gold hues. The luster is breathtaking making the color pop off the surfaces. A stunning example for the date and grade!
