1960-D FRANKLIN NGC MS 65 FBL

The 1960-D mint state Franklin is the rarest "D" mint Franklin certified in MS 65 FBL by NGC. There are only 169 examples certified to date in MS 65 FBL. Locating a 1960-D mint state Franklin in high grade FBL is extremely rare. Bag marks and water spots were a huge issue this year. 

This 1960-D mint state Franklin is absolutely phenomenal! Spot-free, haze-free bright white brilliant surfaces grace both obverse and reverse. There are a few light hints of golden toning. The surfaces are extremely clean and the luster is superb! This is an extremely rare example in this condition.
